COMPANY POLICY
All commitment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Services offered at Lashes by Sophia, Inc. are primarily by appointment. Therefore, last minute rescheduling can have a negative impact on our lash artist. It also takes away the opportunity for other potential clients to schedule an appointment.
Consequently, all commitment fees are also non-transferable.
We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment by text or email. Any cancellations made within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your service as a cancellation fee. Any clients that are a NO SHOW for their appointment will be required to pay for services up front for ALL future appointments prior to coming in for their appointment.
Exceptions will not be made, as you are responsible for scheduling your time accordingly.
