Service Description

Clients must have 50% or more of their extensions still on. If client comes in with fewer than 50% of their extensions still on, an additional fee may be charged. No extra charge for new clients switching over. A non-refundable $15 commitment fee is required at time of booking. Amount will be applied towards services rendered. If client cancels appointment at any time for any reason, the commitment fee will be surrendered and a new commitment fee will be required to book again.

Cancellation Policy

All commitment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Services offered at Lashes by Sophia, Inc. are primarily by appointment. Therefore, last minute rescheduling can have a negative impact on our lash artist. It also takes away the opportunity for other potential clients to schedule an appointment. Consequently, all commitment fees are also non-transferable. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment by text or email. Any cancellations made within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of your service as a cancellation fee. Any clients that are a NO SHOW for their appointment will be required to pay for services up front for ALL future appointments prior to coming in for their appointment.
